Funding for Chula Medicine innovators to break through key development barriers and move medical innovations closer to real-world use. Total budget: THB 1.5 million.

Overview
The CMICe CATALYST Innovation Fund supports medical innovations developed by the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, from early ideas to near-market products. Rather than funding generic research, CATALYST targets the specific barrier holding each innovation back. It uses the MediGate Framework to assess where a project stands and what it needs next. Beyond funding, awardees get access to CMICe's experts and network in clinical validation, regulatory, IP, and commercialization. Applications are open on a rolling basis for 3 months and are reviewed in the order received.
Who it’s for
The fund is for faculty, physicians, researchers, and staff of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, with a medical innovation they want to bring into real use.
